Four Step Process:

1. Fill-out this free Texas Apartment Association application. Every prospective adult who is interested in living in the home must fill out a separate and complete application before viewing one of our properties.  Texas Apartment Association will only keep your application for a short period of time before it is deleted.
2. Once the application is received we will contact you and schedule an appointment.
3. View the property.
4. If you wish to complete the application process, the fee of $43 per applicant will be paid directly to mysmartmove.com (owned by Trans Union) on their website.

What does the application screen for?

1. Credit History
2. Criminal History
3. Eviction History
4. Rental References (family members are not references)
5. Income Verification

Application May Be Denied For These Reasons:

Falsification of information on application.

Omission of information about oneself or any other occupant.

Insufficient income of applicant/applicants.

Criminal history of violent crime, sexual crime, or destruction of property of applicant/applicants or occupants including children.

Poor credit history.

History of eviction.

Poor rental history of applicant/applicants, including children.

Drug history of applicant/applicants, and children.

Poor housekeeping and damage to property.

Poor supervision of children.

Unruly or destructive behavior of applicant/applicants, children, and visitors.
